Greater Ascot is a residential land estate in Townsville, North Queensland. It is being developed by Parkside Development, proudly part of the Parkside Group. A privately owned and 4th generation family run business who has been in the region for over 70 years, developing residential land estates.
​Townsville Earthmoving were awarded the civil construction of Stage 301 & 302 of the estate. Stage 301 included a large box culvert drainage structure located under a major road roundabout. TEM are proud to have completed both stage on time and within budget.
