After the recent 2019 major flood event. Townsville Earthmoving where engaged by Queensland Rail to complete a range of flood recovery works on the Mt Isa Line. The works packages stretched from Cloncurry to Hughenden and took 11 months to complete.
Scope of works consisted of:
- Restructuring abutment rock protection
- Embankment flood rock removal and reinstatement to design
- Gabion Flood Protection
- Bridge abutments/ Scour Repairs
