As highly competent civil contractors, we were engaged by Elements North Queensland to construct and deliver the project on a timely basis and ensure quality service that would enable the successful completion of each stage. Nestled amongst natural bushland in the heart of the picturesque Northern Beaches, civil work was completed for a large and complex lot of residential subdivisions. These lots consisted of 39 fully serviced lots ranging from 1,000 to over 6,000 m². The proposed tendered time to complete the works was 24 weeks.
An innovative construction approach was applied to the scope of works, which included:
- A quantified Magnum Stone retaining wall in square meters, as per manufacturer’s take off
- TEM successfully refined the design and reduced the total area required
- Construction of 2xHSE Basins
- 2,000 m² of Magnum Stone retaining wall
- 8,500 m² of Hydro mulching
- Landslip remediation work.
As a result of successfully delivering the project on time and within budget. Further solidifying our success we were nominated for the CCF (Civil Contractors Federation) Earth Award Finalist project value up to 5 million dollar category.
